The short version: everything stays on your phone. TentFox has no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and we don't sell or share your information.
What Stays on Your Phone
Your fox's name, your stars, streak, gifts, session history and settings are saved only on your iPhone. We never see them. Deleting the app deletes them.
Motion Sensor
During Camp, TentFox reads the motion sensor to tell when the phone is face-down or picked up. This happens on the phone in real time. It isn't saved or sent anywhere.
Purchases
TentFox Pro is bought through Apple, and we never receive your payment details. To confirm that Pro is active on your devices, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase service. RevenueCat receives the purchase record from Apple along with a random ID made by the app. It isn't linked to your name or email, and it's used only to unlock Pro. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Children
TentFox is made for adults. Fox's Nap lets a grown-up hand the phone to a child to tuck the fox in. Those screens have no links, purchases, ads or data collection. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
This Website
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no web fonts. Like any website, the hosting service may briefly log basic technical details (such as your IP address) to keep the site running and secure.
If You Email Us
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and don't add you to any list.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. If TentFox ever starts collecting new information, we'll say so here first.
